Westfield: One
Westfield wanted to launch a new membership programme with exclusive services to help their most valued customers get the most out of their shopping experience.
After winning the client and project at pitch, we were tasked with naming, defining and branding this programme. Our answer was Westfield ONE, and a premium identity that complimented the mother brand. We designed and tested a soft launch of the programme, then crafted full brand guidelines to be used across the world after launch.
